Thank you for shopping with OVRWRN. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this window, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Return Process

1. Contact Us Email us at support@ovrwrn.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before hearing from us.

2. Ship Your Item Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service OVRWRN is not liable for items lost in transit.

3. Inspection & Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If this applies to your order, contact us at support@ovrwrn.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
